Competitive intelligence templates
3 templates for the competitive work most teams do by hand. Each one is free to copy, says what to write in every field and where to find it, and marks which fields go stale every week. When there is enough recent data, each also shows a worked example filled from it.
Competitor analysis template
A competitor analysis is only worth having if every line can be traced to evidence and the fast-moving parts get refreshed. This template has eight sections. Each field says what to write, where to find it, and how quickly it goes stale, so you know which parts to write once and which to check every week.

Sales battlecard template
A battlecard is the one page a sales rep opens five minutes before a call against a specific competitor. This template keeps it to one page, puts the honest sections next to the persuasive ones, and marks the sections that need fresh evidence every week, which is where most battlecards quietly go wrong.

Competitive landscape template
A competitive landscape puts your whole market on one page: who plays, who they sell to, what they offer, and who is moving. This template has four parts. The last one, movement, is the part most landscapes leave out, and it is the one that tells you where the market is heading rather than where it was.
