Refund Policy

Fair, simple, no fine print.

TLDR

  • Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. No questions asked.
  • Your access stays until the end of the current billing period.
  • Full refund if you request within 14 days of your first payment.
  • Partial refund (prorated) considered case-by-case for annual plans.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep full access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees.

14-day refund window

If you subscribed for the first time and are not satisfied, email us at support@spyingbee.com within 14 calendar days of your first payment. We will issue a full refund, no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

After the 14-day window

After the initial 14-day period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. For annual plans, we consider partial (prorated) refunds on a case-by-case basis — email us and we will work with you.

Downgrades

If you downgrade to a lower plan (e.g., Pro to Free), the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days on the higher plan — you keep the higher-tier features until the period ends.

Free plan

The free plan has no charges and no billing. There is nothing to refund. You can upgrade, downgrade, or delete your account at any time.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed through Stripe (our payment provider) back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, typically 5–10 business days.

Service disruptions

If Spyingbee experiences a significant, prolonged service disruption that prevents you from using core features, you may request a prorated credit or refund for the affected period. Email us and we will make it right.
